  • Ok, I'm just not getting this one. Happily home? h-apple-e says "happily" to me, but the arrow seems to be pointing at the line between home and 1st base, so that's... er... hmpf. Stumped.

  • Mel got it.

    HINT:

    Happily ___ base.

  • What's it called when you get a hit and end up on 1st base?

  • WOOHOO!

I miss baseball. I also miss going to Bulls games. It's nice and chill, and it's cheap baseball! Being from the Atlanta area, I'm going to kind of miss not seeing the Braves on TBS. Maybe I can travel an hour a day to Greensboro to see them on Peachtree TV. Or...I could just get MLB.TV.

  • Wow. In a million years, I wasn't going to get that one. But Celeste's hint and Barry's hint (minus Tony's hint that threw me a curve ball) did the job.

But is said person only talking before they put on the beer goggles?

Re: baseball -- a link to one of my old posts that Barry may find amusing. (I wrote it long before we met).

Alternate answer to Barry's question: "What's it called when..." A miracle? Hahaha. I hugely suck at bat/ball sports). One of my fantasies is to play a game of baseball at the HDAP, but only with people who wouldn't mind that I sucked. I would love to play second base for enough innings to be part of a solid double play. Even if it meant that I was earning one or two "E"s per inning until that moment.
