And you forgot the part where McCain himself repudiated the remarks you reference. You know, McCain. The guy who'll be President soon because the Dems keep tearing each other to pieces so he won't have to.
And then you stereotype by nationality.
Obama has promised he'll go talk to Ahmadinejad and Kim. They are somehow better than the Saudis? And Obama has, in fact, been endorsed by anti-semite Farrakhan and weaseled when asked whether he accepted the endorsement. Soon we can have Farrakhan sleeping in the Lincoln bedroom. For a sizable contribution, of course.

If you think about this for more than 30 seconds, this is what you see in all photographs under discussion (including the one LB links to):
--A president being a gracious host to a visiting head of state (yeah, it looks weird to me, too, but that is a sign of hospitality and friendship in Arab cultures...look it up)
--A secretary of state being a gracious diplomat with another head of state (which was, you know, pretty much her job)
--A senator being a gracious guest while visiting another country
Nothing to see here, folks. Move along...

LB - Hillary's people have denied putting out this image. The only word we have that her campaign is the source of the image is Matt Drudge. I judge Hillary's denial to be at least as credible as John "I'm in the public financing system, I'm not in the public financing system" McCain. So don't go stating that as fact when it's simply an opinion that you have.
Equally invalid is your opinion that "Democrats are tearing each other up." Really? Do you even read the polls. Most of Clinton's supporters will gladly vote for Obama if he is the nominee, and vice versa. I think the last number i read on that was well above the 80% mark. Meanwhile, McCain is barely pulling in 60 - 65% of Republicans in primaries when he's already got the nomination sewn up.
I'm pretty sure the term is projection.
It's certainly possible that another Republican campaign of "terror terror terror" and fearmongering can win the White House. But let's call it what it is if that happens. The Republican vision is bankrupt, both morally and idealistically; and implementing it is putting the nation well on its way to bankruptcy in other ways as well.
By the way, i'm not really sure, but i think you may have missed one of the Obama talking points. And i don't think stereotype means what you think it does.

The question is why is a photo of Barack Obama in African dress viewed as enough of a threat that Republicans are already using it in campaign materials, but everyone's OK with George Bush literally holding hands with the Saudi prince. The level of sucking up to the Saudis under the Bush administration is orders of magnitude greater than at any point in my lifetime, regardless of whether the previous administrations were Democrat or Republican.
Bush is in bed with the Saudi royal family. You can bet that a Democratic president, photographed similarly, would cause a huge scandal that would be squawked about on talk radio and right-win websites all over the country.

Hillary Clinton never plays dirty. She's as pure as the driven snow. She'd never release something like that and then deny responsibility. Not in a million years. We can all trust Hillary to tell us the truth all the time.
As it becomes more and more evident to Hillary that she's not going to get what she thinks is rightfully hers, count on her to continue to lash out.
I found this photo of Hillary after she loses the nomination. My precious, we wants it.. Count on her being just as vindictive.

More seriously, there's a certain disconnect that i find, especially within the Democratic party, between the actions of elected leaders and the positions of the rank and file.
I think, as more people like me who eschewed party politics for so long get more involved in it, that contradiction will need to be resolved.
