Oh, I get it

Women don't count.
Not only did the 37-year-old South Korean become the first Asian player to win one of golf's majors — the PGA Championship — he took down none other than the sport's No. 1 guy to do it. Phil Mickelson, David Duval, Ernie Els, Sergio Garcia — they all tried and failed.

Same article, a dozen or so paragraphs later:
Since Se Ri Pak won the LPGA Championship and U.S. Women's Open as a rookie in 1998, seven Korean players have combined to win 11 majors on the LPGA Tour.

Hey, good for Yang, whose second shot on 18 today was pretty damn classic. But, do women count, or not?
